Support Americas finance transformation by building and analyzing financial models, driving budgeting/forecasting, explaining variances, preparing executive presentations, ensuring US/IFRS GAAP compliance, supporting close processes, and standardizing multi-entity manufacturing finance operations across the region.

Owns the full lifecycle of an electric motor product portfolio, including market strategy, product roadmaps, competitive analysis, value propositions, and go-to-market planning. Partners with engineering, sales, marketing, supply chain, and customers to identify product opportunities, ensure technical and regulatory compliance, and improve profitability. Provides technical leadership, supports customer proposals, and leads cross-functional product teams.

Manage and grow an assigned client base across Alberta and BC by building relationships, meeting sales targets, coordinating internal resources, creating account plans, negotiating terms, providing product and market feedback, and regularly traveling the territory.
