Develop and deliver complex Android mobile applications using Java and Kotlin. Responsibilities include ARCore and TensorFlow development, Android build pipeline management with Gradle, REST API integration, persistent storage, Android services and security, and multithreaded programming. The role requires 7–10 years of software development experience, including at least three years building and successfully delivering Android applications, plus a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Develop and design business process management applications using the Pega platform. Responsibilities include process modeling, re-engineering, Pega framework adoption, functional design, requirements capture with DCO tools, decision strategies, predictive analytics, system flow diagrams, documentation, and communication with stakeholders. The role requires knowledge of PRPC, object-oriented techniques, databases, application and web servers, and Pega certifications are preferred.

Support and configure Kronos Workforce Central, including organizational maps and sets, Forecaster special events and volume drivers, Scheduler setup, shift templates, schedule postings, employee data fallout, and ad hoc reports. The role also requires troubleshooting Kronos issues and collaborating directly with nontechnical teams.

Develop and architect full-stack web applications, specializing in React.js and analytics solutions. Design and maintain website and application components, collaborate with Product, UX, and Design teams on customer experiences, and work in Agile/DevOps environments. Track project and sprint progress, assess technical feasibility and risks, participate in UX research, mentor junior engineers, and help build an inclusive engineering team.

Designs, develops, and implements Android application capabilities for a mobile platform. Collaborates with Design, Product, and engineering teams on architecture, requirements, prioritization, and estimation. Builds secure, scalable software using APIs and multiple data sources, practices test-driven development, improves unit-test coverage, establishes mobile engineering best practices, and mentors engineers across web, mobile, and services.
