Administer employee benefits and support semi-monthly payroll in a multi-state environment. Handle onboarding, compliance (ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA), leave requests, filings, reports, audits, payroll recordkeeping, discrepancy resolution, and benefits projects such as open enrollment and 401(k) audits.

Design, build, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise web and automation applications for CBP OFAM. Develop data-driven solutions, work with SQL and APIs, gather stakeholder requirements, create documentation, and support sustainment in a federal, on-site environment.

Support CBP Power Platform by developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, cleaning and analyzing data, managing Excel/SharePoint/SQL data structures, building ETL processes to migrate legacy data to modern databases, and replacing legacy ETL tools with Power Automate. Present findings to stakeholders.

Support a federal program by tracking and producing deliverables, coordinating stakeholders, facilitating meetings, drafting SOPs and executive briefings, analyzing processes, and improving workflows and documentation across shared systems.

The Technical Program Analyst will develop and automate applications using Microsoft Power Platform, focusing on ETL workflows and stakeholder collaboration for technical solutions.

Support federal/DHS privacy compliance by preparing and reviewing PIAs, PTAs, SORNs, POMs, and ATO-related privacy documentation. Coordinate with stakeholders, track compliance deliverables, identify privacy risks, and maintain records to ensure alignment with federal privacy policies.

Assist in processing FOIA and Privacy Act requests, ensuring compliance, conducting document reviews, and collaborating with government agencies.
