Lead full lifecycle customer projects for Technosylva SaaS products: develop plans, coordinate technical teams and clients, manage timelines, deliverables, risks, and status communications, use PM tools (Notion, Jira, Smartsheets, MS Office/Google Apps), drive process improvements, and support leadership and strategic planning to ensure on-time, on-budget implementations and customer satisfaction.

Lead cloud architecture standardization and governance across AWS and Azure, drive FinOps, consolidate post-M&A cloud environments, enable resilient 24/7 operations, promote IaC (Terraform/Ansible), mentor teams, and support solution design and observability.
