Lead product vision, discovery, roadmap development, and execution for a B2B SaaS operations product serving utility and government customers. Conduct customer research, define requirements and success metrics, guide enterprise deployments, collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success, and support pricing, packaging, beta testing, and go-to-market strategies.

Owns cloud architecture standards, governance, FinOps, security, and operational resilience across AWS and Azure. Leads post-M&A cloud consolidation, integration, workload migration, and infrastructure harmonization. Provides architectural guidance to engineering teams, promotes Terraform and Ansible automation, develops disaster recovery and operational practices, documents reference patterns, mentors teams, and evaluates cloud technologies for cost, performance, security, and reliability.

Build and optimize backend services, APIs, databases, and high-performance compute models. Develop systems in C# and Java and optimized C++ simulation code using concurrency, synchronization, multiprocessing, and numerical methods. Design IPC mechanisms, profile performance-critical workloads, contribute to architecture and code reviews, mentor engineers, and support testing and CI/CD. Preferred experience includes parallel computing, scientific or geospatial modeling, cloud infrastructure, containers, observability, and high-throughput pipelines.

Lead the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of high-performance frontend applications, including real-time 2D/3D geospatial visualizations. Build and optimize WebGL rendering pipelines, integrate REST APIs and complex spatial datasets, establish coding and testing standards, troubleshoot performance issues, and mentor frontend engineers. Collaborate with product and executive stakeholders, guide multi-team initiatives, document technical solutions, and oversee software rollouts and improvements.

Manage strategic relationships with primarily fire agency customers, driving onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and customer satisfaction. Translate wildfire, weather, fire behavior modeling, and risk analytics concepts into actionable guidance. Lead training, business reviews, issue resolution, customer advisory activities, and success metrics reporting. Represent customer needs in product planning and improve customer success processes, playbooks, and engagement models.

Manage strategic SaaS customer relationships across fire agencies and utilities, driving onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and customer education. Translate wildfire, meteorological, and risk analytics concepts into operational guidance, resolve escalated issues, conduct business reviews, analyze customer health metrics, and represent customer needs in product planning. The role also develops success playbooks, leads advisory activities, and improves customer success processes.
