Lead end-to-end delivery of workflow orchestration and distributed-systems solutions. Design scalable cloud-native architectures, build production services in Python, Java, or TypeScript, implement durable workflows and Saga patterns, and guide architecture discussions with clients. Manage technical workstreams, establish engineering standards, conduct reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute hands-on code, AI-enabled solutions, reusable assets, and operational improvements.

Analyzes solicitation documents, develops compliance matrices and proposal plans, writes and edits proposal content, coordinates SME and cross-functional inputs, maintains proposal libraries, ensures submission compliance, and supports proposal review processes. The role also requires researching solicitations, tracking deadlines, managing multiple bids, and applying basic graphic design skills using proposal and document software.

Gather and analyze Utility/Energy business requirements, translate them into functional and technical specifications, and document BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and workflows. Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, engineers, QA, and project managers on solution design, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support. Analyze utility processes involving metering, billing, customer information, outages, energy trading, settlements, and regulatory reporting while identifying improvement and automation opportunities.

Leads the design, development, and delivery of scalable Python applications and cloud-native services. Defines architecture and technical standards, ensures code quality and application reliability, and resolves complex technical issues. Mentors developers, manages technical delivery, collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, and supports Agile/Scrum planning and releases. The role also promotes responsible AI-assisted development and may work with data engineering technologies, messaging systems, observability tools, and machine learning frameworks.

Design, develop, and execute automation and performance tests for web and API applications using Playwright and JMeter/k6. Perform load, stress, and spike testing, analyze metrics, identify bottlenecks, produce reports and dashboards, and collaborate with dev, DevOps, and business teams to resolve performance issues and recommend tuning.

Design and build Java APIs and batch jobs to manage Jira components and mappings, implement new full‑stack features using modern JavaScript/React, optimize performance and infrastructure, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on high‑scale web architectures.

Build, deploy, and maintain AI/ML and generative AI solutions and platforms. Create CI/CD pipelines, containerized workloads (Docker/Kubernetes), and IaC (Terraform). Support cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP), observability (Prometheus/Grafana), and MLOps practices while collaborating with engineering teams for reliability, performance, and security.

Lead Oracle-to-PostgreSQL/AlloyDB migrations, re-engineer PL/SQL to PL/pgSQL, design PostgreSQL architecture (partitioning, indexing), perform deep performance tuning (vacuum, WAL, planner), validate data integrity, and collaborate with DevOps to document and deploy enterprise-grade PostgreSQL systems.

Build end-to-end internal applications and tools: Python backends, React front-ends, APIs, enterprise integrations, and Temporal-based durable workflows. Implement AI workflows and agents for Finance and Supply Chain, own production support (monitoring, incident response), and translate ambiguous business requirements into reliable, well-scoped software with minimal direction.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems. Implement distributed architecture patterns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, participate in design and code reviews, and take ownership of project delivery and POCs.

Lead QA efforts across web and API applications: architect Playwright-based automation frameworks, define performance test strategies with JMeter/k6, integrate tests into CI/CD, mentor QA engineers, manage test delivery and stakeholder reporting, and adopt AI-driven testing practices.
