Performs production assembly, operates multiple manufacturing assets, inspects molded and painted parts, tracks materials and scrap, identifies defects, packs and labels products, mentors trainees, and follows safety and standard operating procedures. The role requires prolonged standing, walking, hand-tool use, lifting, and potential mandatory overtime in an unregulated-temperature manufacturing environment.

Plans and schedules production to achieve on-time customer deliveries. Creates MRP work orders, sequences production based on capacity and tooling, procures materials, manages supplier and customer communications, expedites deliveries, maintains planning parameters and supplier portals, supports purchasing, inventory, forecasting, EDI, and order entry, and coordinates priorities across customers, operations, quality, engineering, and suppliers.

Plant-based EHS Specialist responsible for executing environmental, health, and safety programs in a manufacturing facility. Duties include safety inspections, incident investigations, corrective actions, OSHA/EPA compliance, permit management, EHS documentation, employee training, PPE administration, environmental compliance, safety committee facilitation, and continuous improvement. The role partners with plant leadership, supervisors, HR, employees, and corporate EHS to maintain regulatory compliance and strengthen workplace safety culture.

Creates and maintains technical documentation such as manuals, SOPs, FAQs, and knowledge base articles; collaborates with technical teams to ensure accuracy; manages version control, style standards, proofreading, and visual aids. Provides administrative support through calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, filing, inquiries, supply ordering, onboarding, event logistics, expense reports, and basic invoicing.

Provides quality engineering support in a manufacturing environment, maintaining ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 systems, resolving production and customer issues, and coordinating corrective actions. Prepares PPAP submissions, supports audits, develops control plans and PFMEAs, evaluates suppliers, manages nonconforming material disposition, and drives continual improvement. Requires collaboration with production, management, engineers, customers, and vendors, along with occasional travel.
