Develop production schedules and procure materials to support on-time delivery. Plant-based EHS Specialist responsible for executing environmental, health, and safety programs in a manufacturing facility. Duties include safety inspections, incident investigations, corrective actions, OSHA/EPA compliance, permit management, EHS documentation, employee training, PPE administration, environmental compliance, safety committee facilitation, and continuous improvement. The role partners with plant leadership, supervisors, HR, employees, and corporate EHS to maintain regulatory compliance and strengthen workplace safety culture.

Creates and maintains technical documentation such as manuals, SOPs, FAQs, and knowledge base articles; collaborates with technical teams to ensure accuracy; manages version control, style standards, proofreading, and visual aids. Provides administrative support through calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, filing, inquiries, supply ordering, onboarding, event logistics, expense reports, and basic invoicing.
