Performs production assembly, operates multiple manufacturing assets, inspects molded and painted parts, tracks materials and scrap, identifies defects, packs and labels products, mentors trainees, and follows safety and standard operating procedures. The role requires prolonged standing, walking, hand-tool use, lifting, and potential mandatory overtime in an unregulated-temperature manufacturing environment.

Plans and schedules production to achieve on-time customer deliveries. Creates MRP work orders, sequences production based on capacity and tooling, procures materials, manages supplier and customer communications, expedites deliveries, maintains planning parameters and supplier portals, supports purchasing, inventory, forecasting, EDI, and order entry, and coordinates priorities across customers, operations, quality, engineering, and suppliers.

The Plant Controller manages plant-level financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, inventory accounting, standard costing, manufacturing variance analysis, fixed assets, capital expenditures, and profitability analysis. The role partners with plant leadership, Operations, Purchasing, Sales, and Engineering to improve margins, inventory performance, and financial controls. It also serves as a facility ERP expert and oversees reconciliations, physical inventory processes, BOM financial impacts, and monthly financial reviews.
