The Compensation & Benefits Specialist will ensure alignment of compensation schemes, analyze HR budget, monitor salary increases, and develop competitive compensation packages.

Provide technical leadership for subsea pipeline, riser and tie-in spool design across project phases (pre-FEED to decommissioning). Perform mechanical analyses, check calculations, prepare and review deliverables, contribute to bids, represent the business in meetings, and support technology development and global coordination.

Manage UK port operations, berthing planning, and coordination for general and oversized/heavy cargo. Prepare transport forecasts, supervise loading/offloading, ensure HSE compliance, liaise with stakeholders, and improve transport and customs processes.
