Manage public relations and communications for a large onsite LNG project, including stakeholder mapping, developing and executing communication plans, community engagement, event coordination, content production, internal communications, crisis messaging, and serving as liaison between project teams, corporate communications, clients, and public authorities.

Support product management for corporate and support-function digital solutions: gather and document requirements, prioritize enhancements, run UAT and testing, monitor performance, maintain documentation and governance, and collaborate with stakeholders, BI, infrastructure and vendors to deliver improvements.

Support commercial management of construction subcontract contracts for an LNG EPC project. Assist Contract Manager with change orders, claims, invoicing, payments, contract amendments, correspondence, and coordination across disciplines. Perform and coordinate flow assurance and technical safety engineering activities: run and document HAZID/HAZOP/SIL/LOPA/BowTie workshops; prepare qualitative, semi-quantitative and quantitative risk analyses and formal safety assessments (QRA, FSA, MAE screening, fire/explosion, ALARP); produce safety cases and reports; use safety software (PHAST, SAFETI, Bowtie XP); support FEED, detailed design, installation, commissioning and operations; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Malaysia-based role requiring 5–8 years' experience.

Lead deployment, support, training, and implementation of Hexagon Smart Materials (Oracle-based) across projects. Provide Level 2 support, qualify updates, gather requirements, oversee development activities, create training/materials, and liaise between business stakeholders and developers to optimize material management workflows.

Lead administration, customization, installation and support of S3D environments for FEED/EPC projects. Configure servers/services, customize catalogs/symbols/reports via Visual Studio and .NET, integrate with SmartPlant Foundation, train users, support publishing/correlation, prepare procedures and participate in client reviews and audits.

Administer and maintain Smart 3D project databases, configure workshare and libraries, integrate with engineering tools, run interference checks, generate review outputs, provide technical support and training, and ensure compliance with project information management and quality procedures.

Lead and execute project completion from Mechanical Completion through Provisional Acceptance. Define completion strategy, manage EasyPlant implementation, coordinate Completion team and interfaces, control deliverables, track and close open items, obtain acceptance certificates, and perform final system handover to the Client.
