The role is intended for a fresh graduate or candidate with up to two years of relevant experience.

Leads process safety and HSED engineering for energy projects, including loss prevention, fire protection, fire and gas systems, hazard area classification, safety layouts, fire water and foam calculations, network modeling, vendor reviews, and safety study interpretation. The role coordinates designers, consultants, clients, and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and adherence to international standards.

Manage, verify, consolidate, and finalize as-built documentation for a major infrastructure project. Coordinate engineering, construction, vendor, subcontractor, and client records; maintain document control workflows, metadata, versioning, approvals, and compliance. Upload and track documents in EDMS platforms, produce status reports, resolve review comments, and compile final handover dossiers for commissioning, operations, and maintenance teams.

Supports Talent Acquisition Operations and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives across APAC. Provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership in a construction environment. Responsibilities include managing schedules and meetings, coordinating stakeholders, tracking project milestones, maintaining confidential records, arranging travel and site visits, supporting budgets and procurement, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company and safety standards.

Performs simulations, heat and material balances, hydraulic calculations, equipment and control system selection, process documentation, safety studies, and commissioning procedures. Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, clients, vendors, and contractors while managing technical quality, schedules, resources, estimates, and mentoring junior engineers.

Supports financial control of energy projects during contract execution, including cash forecasting, cost reconciliation, revenue and margin forecasting, invoicing, CAPEX monitoring, quarterly closing, hedging, guarantees, and audit coordination. The intern also participates in project management reviews and supports testing, training, and communication related to financial-control process changes.

Perform process safety and loss-prevention engineering for energy projects: consequence modelling, firewater and suppression system design, hazardous area classification, review third-party safety studies, and ensure compliance with international and company safety standards.

Leads integrated planning and scheduling for the CW LNG Americas scope across engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics, construction, commissioning, and international interfaces. Manages the Level 3 construction schedule, subcontractor planning, progress updates, critical-path analysis, forecasting, risk mitigation, recovery plans, change analysis, and executive reporting. Supervises planning personnel and coordinates Houston, Paris, site, vendors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to protect milestones and construction readiness.

Leads Vendor Performance Management across multiple projects, overseeing supplier performance, inspection, expediting, purchase order execution, resource allocation, process compliance, and continuous improvement.
