Develop pipeline engineering documentation for energy and infrastructure projects, including FEED and EPC design, wall-thickness calculations, route selection, crossings, trenchless design, metering stations, seismic analysis, constructability studies, permitting support, and coordination with disciplines, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders. Travel within Italy is required for meetings and site surveys.

Leads Vendor Performance Management across multiple projects, overseeing supplier performance, inspection, expediting, purchase order execution, resource allocation, process compliance, and continuous improvement. Manages VPM personnel, including hiring, coaching, workforce planning, performance evaluations, and career development. Partners with procurement, project teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to standardize processes, resolve issues, implement business systems, and improve operational effectiveness.

Leads project controls for construction projects, managing cost, schedules, estimating, progress measurement, change management, forecasts, critical-path analysis, and contractor performance. Develops and maintains project controls procedures, validates subcontractor schedules and baselines, identifies schedule risks and improvements, and mentors junior project controls engineers. Requires collaboration with engineering, procurement, construction subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
