Supports Talent Acquisition Operations and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives across APAC. Tracks campaign progress, coordinates with country representatives, escalates issues, promotes campaigns, arranges briefings and meetings, and prepares communications materials including emails, videos, and updates. The internship lasts 6 to 8 months and is based in Kuala Lumpur.

Supports senior engineers in developing Flow Assurance scopes, performing engineering calculations and simulations, preparing technical deliverables, documenting study results, and resolving interdisciplinary project issues. The role requires engineering analysis, use of flow assurance software, technical writing, collaboration across multicultural teams, and strong HSES commitment. Candidates need 1–5 years of dedicated Flow Assurance experience, with VBA or Python programming preferred.

Coordinates project shipping and transportation activities, including shipment planning, freight-forwarder assignments, supplier pickups, import/export documentation, delivery schedules, cost tracking, invoice verification, and logistics reporting. Collaborates with procurement, engineering, construction, finance, legal, suppliers, and project teams to monitor execution, resolve issues, maintain records, and escalate schedule, documentation, or budget risks. Occasional travel may be required to verify shipment execution.
