Designs food-industry machinery using SolidWorks and AutoCAD, including layouts, detailed drawings, exploded views, and bills of materials. Calculates conveyor motor requirements and rotational torque, collaborates with electrical engineers on HMI, PLC, and robotic integrations, incorporates customer design requirements, and supports on-site machine commissioning.

Lead the CNC engineering department, mentor CNC personnel, prioritize workloads, and establish engineering standards and documentation. Train teams in CNC setup and programming across major machine brands and controls. Oversee the development of jigs, fixtures, and cutting tools, while applying expertise in multi-axis machining, CNC machine tools, CAM, CAD, and related software. The role requires at least ten years of full-time shop-floor CNC machine-tool leadership.

Maintains laboratory certifications and quality system documentation; leads audits, MRB activities, corrective actions, and customer quality support. Develops and maintains PFMEAs, PPAPs, control plans, process flows, and work instructions. Uses metrology equipment, verifies calibration records, trains personnel, and supports manufacturing quality objectives. Requires at least three years of manufacturing quality engineering experience and availability for first-shift work with overtime as needed.

Design and develop automated machinery, rotary index table systems, fixtures, nests, and integrated manufacturing processes. Use CAD software to design equipment incorporating ultrasonic welding, pad printing, machine bases, and safety guarding. Manage machine-build timelines, budgets, and project accountability while collaborating with electrical engineering teams.
