Own the full-cycle IT recruitment function, including role definition, sourcing, market analysis, stakeholder management, competency-based interviewing, process improvement, recruitment metrics, tool administration, reporting, budgeting, and operational decision-making. The role requires strategic, data-driven recruiting expertise, strong understanding of engineering roles and technology markets, and independent ownership of scalable hiring processes.

Design and implement production-grade LLM systems: agent workflows, semantic routing, classifiers, retrieval and context handling, fine-tuning, evaluation pipelines, synthetic-data generation, and backend engineering to optimize quality, latency, and cost.
