Develop and maintain backend-first full-stack solutions for back-office systems, SSO, data synchronization, and e-commerce services. Build Node.js and Java services, contribute to Next.js frontend components, manage secure sessions and authorization, debug applications, implement monitoring, and maintain code quality through testing and reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, proactively identify issues, and take ownership of technical work while staying current with AI developments.

Own the full-cycle IT recruitment function, including role definition, sourcing, market analysis, stakeholder management, competency-based interviewing, process improvement, recruitment metrics, tool administration, reporting, budgeting, and operational decision-making. The role requires strategic, data-driven recruiting expertise, strong understanding of engineering roles and technology markets, and independent ownership of scalable hiring processes.
