Design and implement backend services to process and structure compositions, royalties, and payments; build data pipelines using Snowflake and dbt; deliver full-stack features with React and TypeScript (~30%); collaborate with accounting to automate workflows; clarify requirements, build POCs, and own features end-to-end in a greenfield product.

Manage day-to-day office operations in Dnipro, oversee supplies and vendors, handle personnel documentation and onboarding/offboarding, lead community and content efforts (capture, edit, publish social content), track expenses and budgets, and ensure administrative processes and compliance run smoothly.
