Leads full-cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate engagement, onboarding, and partnership with hiring managers. Develops recruitment strategies, researches talent markets and salary benchmarks, maintains ATS records, and reports on hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline status, and sourcing effectiveness. Requires strong knowledge of IT roles, recruiting tools, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Lead global product strategy and lifecycle management from ideation through launch and iteration. Responsibilities include customer research, product planning, UX/UI collaboration, KPI development, ROI analysis, data analysis, experimentation, technical design guidance, risk management, and cross-functional milestone tracking. The role requires managing multiple products, collaborating with engineering and business teams, presenting to executives, and delivering ecommerce products with AI exposure.

Provide production support for Control-M batch scheduling, including job monitoring, execution, reruns, holds, releases, dependency troubleshooting, and failed-job resolution. Implement operational schedule changes, troubleshoot incidents independently, and collaborate with application, database, infrastructure, and US-based stakeholders. Support incident, change, and problem-management processes while learning Freshworks and Freshservice platforms. Basic scripting, ITIL experience, and distributed-team support are beneficial.
