Manage full-cycle technical recruitment across North America, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate engagement, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, assess technical candidates, maintain ATS records, and report on recruitment metrics. Conduct market research on talent trends and salary benchmarks while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Develop and enhance large-scale optimization and machine learning models for supply chain decision systems, including routing, scheduling, and resource allocation. Build data workflows with Python and SQL, support Azure and Databricks deployment, diagnose model and data issues, and translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, communicate trade-offs, ensure model reliability, and guide junior team members.

Owns enterprise data governance, stewardship, quality, lineage, master data, and metadata across operational and analytical systems. Maps data flows, identifies root causes, establishes governance standards, maintains business glossaries, and governs customer, location, and product master data. The role defines quality metrics, supports forecasting data readiness, quantifies business impacts, and partners with engineering, analytics, business leaders, and compliance stakeholders to drive remediation and adoption.
