Lead and mentor data scientists to develop and deploy ML models using Python, R, SQL and distributed data technologies. Perform rigorous statistical analysis, A/B testing, create Looker reports, derive business insights, and communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Domain expertise in CV/NLP, agentic AI, e‑commerce, and clickstream analysis is a plus.

Lead site reliability efforts to define SLIs/SLOs, run incident response and RCAs, build observability and runbooks, automate recovery and alerting, collaborate on resilience and capacity planning to improve availability and reduce MTTR.

Design, implement, and own CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation on GCP using Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes. Integrate DevSecOps tools, manage secrets with Vault, monitor systems with Prometheus/Grafana/ELK, ensure deployment resilience, and mentor junior engineers.
