Provide L1/L2 end-user support for Windows and macOS devices, Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools, Active Directory account management, VPN/remote access, basic virtualization, network troubleshooting, endpoint security, backups and patching, documentation, and ticket resolution while meeting SLAs.

Define and own a 6–12 month product roadmap, prioritize features using data, write user stories, lead agile scrum teams, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver client-facing data products.

Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for AI-enabled features. Conduct user research and usability testing, contribute to the design system, collaborate with product and engineering, and present design rationale to stakeholders to ensure accessible, consistent, and user-centered workflows.
