Provide L2 production application support in a 24x7 environment. Responsibilities include incident, problem, change, and BCP management; troubleshooting with Splunk, Grafana, logs, metrics, dashboards, alerts, and SQL; monitoring cloud-hosted applications; optimizing queries; and collaborating with development, SRE, platform, and infrastructure teams. Participate in on-call rotations and improve operational reliability.

Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable GCP infrastructure. Manage GKE Kubernetes clusters, GitOps workflows with FluxCD, Terraform infrastructure, Helm deployments, CI/CD processes, and observability using Elasticsearch and Grafana. Support Cloud Composer workflows, troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, and collaborate with development teams to improve automation, reliability, and security.

Manage HR operations for the Hyderabad office, including SOP creation and governance, Keka HRMS coordination, skill gap tracking, succession planning records, SLA monitoring, reporting, and process updates. The role requires maintaining accurate documentation and trackers, coordinating HR system rollouts and training, identifying operational gaps, and independently managing multiple workstreams with strong ownership and attention to detail.
