Lead multi-site service operations from the Ashland branch, driving standardized SOPs, P&L performance, safety and compliance, team development, and customer retention. Travel 30–40% to audit, coach, and align regional branches using data (Power BI, GE) to improve metrics, reduce days-to-complete, and enforce consistent operational practices.

Perform diagnostic, repair, installation, and preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment (walk-ins, ice machines, rooftop and split systems). Document service calls, manage truck inventory, maintain EPA compliance, respond to emergencies, and provide professional customer communication while participating in ongoing training.

Support senior technicians performing preventative maintenance and basic repairs on commercial foodservice equipment (ovens, fryers, steamers, griddles). Perform routine PM tasks (gas pressure testing, temperature calibration, cleaning, electrical inspections), document service calls, maintain truck inventory, follow safety policies, deliver customer service, participate in training, and assume greater responsibility as skills develop.
