Lead multi-site service operations from the Ashland branch, driving standardized SOPs, P&L performance, safety and compliance, team development, and customer retention. Travel 30–40% to audit, coach, and align regional branches using data (Power BI, GE) to improve metrics, reduce days-to-complete, and enforce consistent operational practices.

Support strategic national accounts as the primary client contact. Coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve escalations, maintain account records, schedule meetings, support renewals and growth opportunities, produce reports, and learn relevant software to ensure timely service delivery and strong client relationships.

Support senior technicians performing preventative maintenance and basic service on commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Tasks include cleaning coils, changing filters, inspecting belts, testing systems, documenting service calls, maintaining truck inventory, learning EPA refrigeration procedures, and gradually taking on more responsibility through training and certifications.
