Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, financial statements, and GAAP reporting. Support audits, maintain internal controls, research technical accounting matters, and drive process improvements. The role partners with FP&A and operational leaders, reviews staff accountant work, mentors team members, and supports CFO-directed projects, with potential advancement to Accounting Manager.

Support senior technicians performing preventative maintenance and basic service on commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Tasks include cleaning coils, changing filters, inspecting belts, testing systems, documenting service calls, maintaining truck inventory, learning EPA refrigeration procedures, and gradually taking on more responsibility through training and certifications.

Entry-level apprenticeship supporting senior technicians performing preventative maintenance, safety inspections, and basic repairs on commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment. Assist with routine PM tasks, parts replacement, documentation, inventory management, and customer service while participating in structured training toward full technician certification.
