Administers company-wide benefits, leave of absence, and Workers’ Compensation programs. Responsibilities include enrollment, invoice reconciliation, HCM maintenance, leave tracking, claims coordination, employee support, compliance reporting, dashboards, open enrollment, process improvement, and manager training. The role partners with HR, payroll, brokers, vendors, and management while handling sensitive employee information and escalating complex cases appropriately.

Supports retail truck and trailer financing through loan document preparation, contract funding, title and lien processing, revenue booking, general ledger coding, equipment sale finalization, and detailed data entry. Serves as a liaison among customers, banks, finance institutions, and state agencies while providing administrative and customer support. Ensures accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, timely processing, and quality control in financial transactions.

Leads TEC’s accounting and financial operations across multiple entities, including close cycles, reporting, audits, controls, inventory accounting, covenant compliance, cash forecasting, and US GAAP. Manages a 25+ person accounting team, oversees the Proceed ERP implementation, drives process improvement and change management, and partners with executive leadership, lenders, auditors, operating units, and family governance stakeholders to support scalable growth.

The Senior Accountant manages month-end and year-end close activities, accruals, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and technical accounting analysis. The role supports audits, reviews transactions, improves accounting controls and processes, prepares warranty activity, and mentors junior accounting staff. It requires independent problem-solving, strong knowledge of US GAAP, cross-functional communication, and the ability to manage accounting responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Develops and grows the tow truck customer base across Southern California by building relationships, identifying customer needs, configuring Jerr-Dan equipment, managing prospects in Salesforce, monitoring inventory and market conditions, negotiating deals, and coordinating with finance, service, parts, leasing, manufacturers, and marketing teams. The role also involves attending industry events, supporting customer events, and traveling to customers and TEC locations.

Coordinates trailer deliveries from suppliers to customers, manages trailer inventory and movement records, negotiates with carriers and service providers, tracks costs and delivery performance, handles damage claims, ensures transportation compliance, and uses logistics data to optimize routes, reduce freight costs, mitigate risks, and improve processes.

Leads new truck sales operations across regional dealerships, supervising administrative staff, managing inventory, truck ordering, OEM programs, CRM processes, reporting, and operational improvements. Partners with sales teams, customers, manufacturers, and dealership leadership to optimize inventory, ensure order accuracy and compliance, support incentives, improve sales performance, and enhance customer satisfaction. The role also develops procedures, training programs, dashboards, and scalable processes while coordinating vehicle logistics and sales administration.

Leads the corporate credit and collections function, managing an eight-person team, credit decisions, accounts receivable, collections, reconciliations, reporting, and bad-debt reduction. Oversees customer relationships, team development, process improvements, internal controls, system conversions from CDK to Procede, and implementation of data-driven credit scoring. Partners cross-functionally on strategic initiatives while ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
