The Home Health Aide provides personal and skilled care to medically fragile children at home, following a plan of care under the supervision of a registered nurse.

The Case Manager, a registered nurse, develops and implements patient-centered care plans, coordinates patient care, evaluates nursing needs, and manages documentation as per requirements while advocating for patients and educating families.

Lead branch operations and staff to ensure accurate payroll, billing, eligibility, intake, compliance, and financial performance. Drive branch growth, enforce operational systems and audits, recruit and develop teams, partner with clinical leadership, and maintain regulatory and HIPAA readiness.
