Provides administrative support to the Director of Operations through data entry, correspondence preparation, scanning, faxing, spreadsheet maintenance, phone coverage, documentation, and project assistance. Maintains confidentiality, communicates professionally with internal and external contacts, supports People Services and Operations teams, and keeps work areas organized. The role requires strong computer, organization, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Leads and supports cloud-based and on-premises IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, virtualization, backups, monitoring, security, and integrations. Manages infrastructure staff, provides technical direction, handles escalations, coordinates upgrades and migrations, oversees disaster recovery and patching, maintains documentation, and supports vendors, procurement, compliance, and operational initiatives. The role requires hands-on technical leadership across Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Nutanix, networking, and related enterprise systems.

Maintains and supports information security systems, applications, and procedures. Conducts security audits, monitors network traffic, investigates incidents, implements security controls, recommends countermeasures, documents breaches, and trains staff on information security. The role also supports system upgrades and ensures compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
