Support manufacturer aerodynamic development programs, account for NASCAR aerodynamic regulations, attend track tests, and provide remote race weekend engineering support.

Supports aerodynamic development through wind tunnel testing by fabricating, finishing, measuring, and modifying metallic and composite vehicle components. Prepares vehicles, tools, and equipment; performs rapid test-session changes; documents configurations; and ensures components meet NASCAR technical and quality standards. Collaborates with aerodynamicists, engineers, and fabrication staff in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safe, organized operations.

Supports assigned business units with talent acquisition, recruiting, onboarding, and general HR services. Requires extensive professional motorsports and track experience, strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Designs, analyzes, validates, and supports manufacturing of high-performance composite racing components. Responsibilities include material selection, structural calculations, FEA, CAD modeling, manufacturing planning, engineering documentation, testing, repair procedures, standards development, materials database management, OEM collaboration, advanced-material research, and troubleshooting composite failures and process inefficiencies.

Operate, set up, program, and prove out 4- and 5-axis CNC machines to manufacture precision racing components. Requires safe use of fabrication tools, physical ability to work around vehicles, and preferably three years of welding experience.
