Teams at Team Penske

Optimize NASCAR race vehicle aerodynamic performance through simulation, wind tunnel and track testing, setup analysis, and performance correlation. Own aerodynamic performance models, evaluate platform and balance parameters, interpret CFD and testing results, and communicate actionable recommendations to race teams. Support manufacturer aerodynamic development programs, account for NASCAR aerodynamic regulations, attend track tests, and provide remote race weekend engineering support.

Provides public relations and communications support for NASCAR and other Team Penske programs. Responsibilities include media relations, interview coordination, at-track PR operations, press materials, communications planning, crisis messaging, stakeholder outreach, coverage tracking, reporting, and partner support. The role collaborates cross-functionally and requires frequent travel to race weekends and promotional events.

Leads Team Penske’s creative services team across content, digital, social, graphics, photography, and video. Oversees creative project planning, production, distribution, reporting, vendor relationships, brand consistency, social strategy, and partner collaboration. Manages team development, calendars, travel schedules, tools, and performance objectives while supporting race-event and marketing operations. Requires strong creative leadership, storytelling, social strategy, analytics, organization, Adobe Creative Suite expertise, and availability for frequent travel and weekends.
