Administers HRIS platforms, employee lifecycle transactions, benefits and leave programs, payroll inputs, HR records, compliance reporting, and onboarding. Maintains accurate employee data, supports HR technology configuration and troubleshooting, coordinates vendors, audits benefits and records, and improves HR workflows. Provides guidance to employees and managers while supporting performance management, open enrollment, employment verifications, workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, and orientation.

Process and track supplier invoices, code and post payables, verify vendor documentation, obtain approvals, complete payments by check, ACH, portals, or credit card, maintain supplier relationships, resolve discrepancies, perform audits, and ensure timely remittances, statements, and 1099 processing.

Supports business development through market intelligence, industry and competitive research, project opportunity tracking, stakeholder identification, account research, reporting, dashboard preparation, CRM and database maintenance, and process improvement. The role focuses primarily on data center infrastructure while supporting additional strategic markets. It transforms research and market data into actionable insights for account executives, pursuit strategies, and revenue growth.

Manage full lifecycle of supplier, service, and construction contracts: identify and onboard partners, develop solicitations, negotiate terms, oversee execution, ensure compliance, manage closeout, report performance, and leverage analytics for risk identification and decision support.

Lead enterprise safety, compliance, and risk management programs across distributed operations. Develop policy, audits, incident investigation, training, and metrics. Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOT), drive continuous improvement, and support cross-functional integration and contract readiness.
