Own the technical post-sales customer journey for EMEA customers using Team Cymru’s threat intelligence platform. Lead onboarding, adoption, integrations, workflow design, enablement, success planning, and value realization. Advise customers on CTI operationalization across security tools and processes, troubleshoot technical blockers, monitor account health, and collaborate with sales, customer success, product, and engineering teams. The role requires cybersecurity, threat intelligence, security operations, customer-facing technical, and integration experience, with regular EMEA travel.

Design, build, and operate high-throughput Go services and data pipelines powering a cybersecurity data lake. Own bronze, silver, and gold layers, including ingestion, enrichment, partitioning, compaction, schema evolution, and performance optimization. Translate threat intelligence workflows into reliable production systems, collaborate across teams, participate in on-call operations, and mentor engineers. The role requires distributed-systems expertise, experience with open table and columnar formats, object storage, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, and large-scale datasets.

Develop product marketing narratives and launch materials for cybersecurity and threat intelligence products. Translate complex product strategy, technical capabilities, roadmaps, and market insights into messaging, sales enablement, web content, analyst materials, and customer communications. Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and other teams to support launches, clarify positioning, build competitive guidance, and maintain a product marketing source of truth.

Conduct proactive research into threat actors, malware, campaigns, and evolving TTPs. Analyze network traffic, infrastructure, PCAP, NetFlow, passive DNS, certificates, and other datasets to identify malicious assets and indicators. Produce customer-facing technical and strategic intelligence reports, lead threat-tracking investigations, review peer work, and collaborate on analytical tools, automation, detection, and data acquisition. Represent Team Cymru in industry groups and events.

Develop network-based threat detections and conduct threat intelligence research on actors, malware, campaigns, and malicious infrastructure. Analyze PCAP, NetFlow, passive DNS, certificates, and related datasets; build automated detection processes; track threats; and produce reports for technical and executive audiences. Collaborate on analytics tools, research methodologies, and automation while supporting customers and industry partners. The role is remote with occasional travel.

Design, build, and operate high-throughput threat intelligence systems, including data collection, enrichment pipelines, APIs, services, and databases. Own systems through deployment, monitoring, and production iteration; improve reliability, performance, and observability; participate in architectural planning and on-call support. Collaborate with analysts and cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and translate threat intelligence workflows into scalable software.
