Administer and expand a multi-account AWS environment, including organizations, IAM, governance guardrails, networking, infrastructure as code, observability, security services, cost controls, and tagging. Support an on-premises private cloud, maintain documentation and runbooks, participate in infrastructure CI/CD, and join an on-call rotation. The role emphasizes cloud platform infrastructure rather than application operations and offers development toward senior cloud and reliability engineering.

Conduct proactive research into threat actors, malware, campaigns, and evolving TTPs. Analyze network traffic, infrastructure, PCAP, NetFlow, passive DNS, certificates, and other datasets to identify malicious assets and indicators. Produce customer-facing technical and strategic intelligence reports, lead threat-tracking investigations, review peer work, and collaborate on analytical tools, automation, detection, and data acquisition. Represent Team Cymru in industry groups and events.

Own post-sale relationships for government customers, driving onboarding, product adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Develop success plans, monitor customer health and usage metrics, conduct QBRs, resolve adoption and integration blockers, and partner with Sales, Support, Solutions Engineering, and Product. Guide customers in operationalizing cyber threat intelligence workflows, gather product feedback, create enablement resources, and support change management. The role is remote with occasional domestic and international travel.
