Teams at TEAM 4 KIDS Pediatric Therapy

Support employees across multiple clinic locations by answering HR questions, assisting with benefits, PTO, payroll, onboarding, separations, employee relations, investigations, credentialing, compliance, leave, workers’ compensation, and engagement initiatives. Maintain confidential personnel records, prepare payroll spreadsheets, review checks, and provide shared HR support. The role is full-time, hourly, based in Surprise, Arizona, with occasional travel to other clinics.

Provide pediatric occupational therapy services including individual sessions, groups, and co-treats. Participate in supervision and department meetings. Work alongside therapy aides; support clinical growth and potential leadership opportunities. Requires AZ OTA licensure and pediatric experience.
