Team 4 Kids Pediatric Therapy is a family owned, locally run, leading pediatric therapy provider on the West side of the Phoenix valley. With 5 current clinics offering PT, OT, ST, ABA, Feeding, Lactation and Myo services. We are currently growing to help cover our current needs while planning for the addition of two more clinic spaces opening in 2026. Our mission is to help every child reach their greatest potential. Responsibilities:Join our Human Resources team and help support Team 4 Kids employees across all clinic locations. This full-time, hourly position is based at our Surprise location and offers flexible Monday–Friday hours.
Responsibilities include:- Responding to employee questions through the general HR inbox
- Supporting employee benefits, PTO, 401(k), payroll, and Paylocity questions
- Preparing payroll spreadsheets and reviewing employee checks for accuracy
- Assisting with employee-relations matters, investigations, disciplinary meetings, and terminations
- Completing employee onboarding and separation tasks
- Maintaining personnel files and confidential HR documentation
- Managing clinician credentialing, compliance requirements, and document expirations
- Assisting with leave, accommodation, and workers’ compensation matters as assigned
- Create and support company culture through engagement initiatives
- Providing shared HR support to all Team 4 Kids clinic locations
- Traveling to other clinic locations occasionally, as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Friendly, approachable, and comfortable communicating with employees at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
- Comfortable having difficult or sensitive conversations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- One to two years of hands-on HR or related administrative experience preferred
- Experience with a payroll or HR system, applicant tracking system, or Monday.com is a plus
- Paylocity experience is a plus
- Up to 5 weeks PTO per year based on tenure

What We Do
TEAM 4 KIDS is a pediatric therapy clinic with locations in Surprise, Peoria, and Avondale, Arizona. They are dedicated to helping children reach their greatest potential through a comprehensive team approach that includes speech, occupational, physical, feeding, and ABA therapy. They provide both individual sessions and group classes to support socialization, physical skills, and sensory processing.
