Senior ITSM Analyst responsible for implementing Knowledge-Based Resolution and modernizing Smart IT workflows within the Helix ecosystem. The role owns solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, knowledge management integration, workflow optimization, technical documentation, stakeholder collaboration, change enablement, and performance reporting. Candidates need extensive Helix/Remedy ITSM experience, Smart IT administration expertise, ITIL knowledge, and experience with incident, problem, change, and service request workflows.

Performs network defense monitoring, incident detection and response, security alert investigation, threat analysis, system checks, and security event documentation. Collaborates with infrastructure, storage, database, and application teams to support secure cloud operations. The role requires customer interaction, technical reporting, mitigation recommendations, and participation in a 24x7 mission-critical security environment.

Conduct vulnerability management, risk assessments, compliance activities, and RMF documentation for a secure cloud platform. Manage IAVA activities, perform vulnerability scanning and mitigation verification, maintain security controls and compliance reports, support business continuity and disaster recovery, and coordinate with infrastructure, database, storage, and application teams. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, DoD security experience, IAT Level II certification, and familiarity with ACAS and SIEM tools.
