Provides hands-on mechanical engineering support for Navy submarine HM&E testing. Plans and executes fluid-flow, hydraulic, acoustic, vibration, and machinery tests; configures instrumentation and data acquisition systems; analyzes experimental results; troubleshoots equipment and fluid systems; develops technical reports; and communicates engineering recommendations to government and contractor personnel.

Supports preliminary design, analysis, modeling, documentation, testing, and integration of shipboard hull, machinery, fluid, and mechanical systems for a Navy surface combatant. Develops engineering calculations and system models, reviews technical documentation, supports requirements and systems engineering activities, evaluates test data, and communicates findings to multidisciplinary teams. The role also includes technical investigations, action-item tracking, engineering schedules, and periodic travel to shipyard, government, laboratory, and vendor facilities.

Conduct hands-on laboratory testing and evaluation of naval HM&E machinery and components. Develop test plans, configure instrumentation and DAQ systems, collect and analyze experimental data using MATLAB, troubleshoot equipment, and prepare technical reports. The role combines mechanical engineering analysis, laboratory setup and operation, measurement, data processing, and collaboration with Navy engineering personnel in a hybrid Philadelphia-area environment.

Lead program management and oversight for PMS 339 training portfolios (STAVE, RRL). Manage cost, schedule, performance, risk, contracts, stakeholders, and cybersecurity compliance; prepare briefings, schedules, IMS, MOAs/MOUs, and acquisition/budget documents; supervise technical staff and ensure delivery of Navy training solutions.
