The role combines mechanical engineering analysis, laboratory setup and operation, measurement, data processing, and collaboration with Navy engineering personnel in a hybrid Philadelphia-area environment.

Lead program management and oversight for PMS 339 training portfolios (STAVE, RRL). Manage cost, schedule, performance, risk, contracts, stakeholders, and cybersecurity compliance; prepare briefings, schedules, IMS, MOAs/MOUs, and acquisition/budget documents; supervise technical staff and ensure delivery of Navy training solutions.
