Provide expert retail banking service by opening, closing, and servicing member accounts and loans, resolving complex issues, driving member growth and sales, partnering with other lines of business (mortgage, insurance, wealth), mentoring colleagues, and achieving performance metrics while maintaining compliance and excellent member experience.

Lead and manage the enterprise BSA/AML/OFAC compliance program, oversee a team (3-5 direct reports), design policies and controls, drive risk assessments, manage regulatory examinations and SAR/CTR filings, coordinate with enterprise partners, and ensure program effectiveness and training.

Provide member-focused teller and relationship services: process deposits/withdrawals, open and service accounts and consumer loans, resolve member issues, cross-sell products, educate on digital banking, and complete compliance tasks.

Manage and maintain employee benefits and wellness programs, ensure accurate HRIS enrollments and compliance, support leave-of-absence administration (FMLA/ADA), handle 401(k) and payroll deferral processes, coordinate vendor materials and open enrollment, and oversee workers' compensation and OSHA 300 log filings.

Owns end-to-end lifecycle communications strategy and execution across email, SMS, and digital channels. Designs and optimizes automated journeys in Microsoft Dynamics, operationalizes segmentation and personalization, ensures compliance, measures KPIs, and leads cross-functional coordination to scale lifecycle marketing.

Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, RaaS). Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, ensure security/compliance, create technical designs, unit and UAT testing, automate processes, document integrations, and collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and vendors.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, driving workforce planning, talent management, engagement, compensation planning, and change initiatives. Use people analytics to surface insights, lead HR programs for assigned groups, partner with Centers of Excellence and Employee Relations, and support the CHRO on enterprise people strategy.

Manage and optimize mortgage origination operations, lead and coach origination staff, coordinate processes and policies, meet production and quality goals, deploy lending products, and maintain referral relationships.

Provide member-facing financial services including teller transactions, account openings/servicing, basic consumer loan intake, problem resolution, cross-selling products, digital banking support, compliance testing, and community engagement to improve member financial wellbeing.

Write and edit on-brand marketing content across channels (email, social, digital, print, ads, scripts), translate briefs into concepts, ensure legal/compliance accuracy, use data to optimize content and KPIs, support editorial calendar and process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
