Administer and optimize Workday HRIS, including business processes, security, reports, dashboards, integrations, data governance, and system releases. Partner with HR, payroll, benefits, finance, IT, vendors, and leadership to implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, support analytics, and improve operational efficiency. Lead testing, documentation, training, audits, and small to medium HRIS projects while serving as the Workday subject matter expert.

Lead and manage the enterprise BSA/AML/OFAC compliance program, oversee a team (3-5 direct reports), design policies and controls, drive risk assessments, manage regulatory examinations and SAR/CTR filings, coordinate with enterprise partners, and ensure program effectiveness and training.

Leads enterprise process optimization and operational excellence initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, BPM, analytics, and automation. Establishes performance frameworks, analyzes capacity and workflow metrics, designs future-state processes, quantifies benefits, and governs transformation programs. Partners with executives, process owners, technology, compliance, and change teams to implement improvements, drive adoption, validate outcomes, and sustain measurable gains in cost, service, capacity, and risk reduction.

Provides concierge-style service to employees, guests, and visitors; manages visitor logistics, meeting room reservations and setups, workplace supplies, common areas, internal events, vendor coordination, basic AV and Wi-Fi support, and mailroom operations. Maintains a welcoming, organized, and service-oriented office environment while coordinating with facilities, technology teams, postal services, and external vendors.

Leads the credit union’s IT internal audit function, including risk-based audit planning, audit execution, external audit oversight, control evaluation, issue follow-up, and regulatory compliance. Presents audit plans and findings to senior leadership and the Board Audit Committee, manages IT audit vendors, improves audit methodologies, and recruits, coaches, and develops audit staff. The role also conducts financial, operational, and compliance audits while identifying control gaps and recommending corrective actions.

Provides expert member service in a retail banking branch, handling complex account and loan transactions, mortgage services, escalations, and problem resolution. Builds member relationships through outreach, product recommendations, and financial solution referrals while meeting sales and production goals. Supports digital banking adoption, trains and mentors colleagues, manages compliance and operational risk, and maintains a positive member experience across lobby and drive-through environments. Requires expertise in banking, lending, new accounts, and member relationship management.

Provide expert retail banking service by opening, closing, and servicing member accounts and loans, resolving complex issues, driving member growth and sales, partnering with other lines of business (mortgage, insurance, wealth), mentoring colleagues, and achieving performance metrics while maintaining compliance and excellent member experience.

Owns end-to-end lifecycle communications strategy and execution across email, SMS, and digital channels. Designs and optimizes automated journeys in Microsoft Dynamics, operationalizes segmentation and personalization, ensures compliance, measures KPIs, and leads cross-functional coordination to scale lifecycle marketing.

Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, RaaS). Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, ensure security/compliance, create technical designs, unit and UAT testing, automate processes, document integrations, and collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and vendors.

Manage and optimize mortgage origination operations, lead and coach origination staff, coordinate processes and policies, meet production and quality goals, deploy lending products, and maintain referral relationships.
