Troubleshoots incidents and defects, performs root cause analysis, develops remediation plans, and supports testing, validation, release readiness, deployment planning, and post-release monitoring. Collaborates with technical teams, product owners, release managers, operations personnel, and government stakeholders while improving sustainment processes and supporting legacy modernization.
