Builds HR business partnerships, strengthens payroll controls, completes the Dayforce implementation, manages California and multi-state compliance, and advises ownership and executives on workforce planning and organizational design.

Drive top-of-funnel pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying B2B accounts within the ICP. Execute structured outbound prospecting and discovery, document activity in CRM, build account intelligence, and advance opportunities to proposal-ready while partnering with sales leadership to meet strict qualification standards.

Drive new business and grow accounts for TCI's dedicated transportation, leasing, maintenance, and logistics services. Prospect and develop customer relationships, build customized solutions, create business cases and ROI models, lead discovery and negotiation meetings, collaborate with pricing and operations, maintain CRM pipeline, support customer launches, and expand existing accounts to increase revenue and retention.
