Execute structured outbound prospecting and discovery, document activity in CRM, build account intelligence, and advance opportunities to proposal-ready while partnering with sales leadership to meet strict qualification standards.

Provide hands-on regional HR support as primary contact for designated locations. Manage employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding, recordkeeping), advise managers on employee relations, assist performance processes, coordinate engagement and development initiatives, ensure HR compliance and accurate HRIS/personnel records, and support workforce planning with occasional travel.

Drive new business and account growth for TCI's dedicated transportation, leasing, maintenance, and logistics services. Prospect and qualify leads, develop customized solutions and business cases, lead discovery and customer meetings, collaborate with pricing and operations, manage Salesforce pipeline, support customer launches, and expand existing accounts to deliver measurable ROI and long-term partnerships.
