The role requires up to 50% regional travel and oversight of drivers, dispatchers, dock personnel, and administrative teams.

Leads companywide Human Resources and Payroll strategy for a multi-state transportation organization. Oversees payroll, employment compliance, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, HR systems, policies, training, succession planning, and leadership development. Builds HR business partnerships, strengthens payroll controls, completes the Dayforce implementation, manages California and multi-state compliance, and advises ownership and executives on workforce planning and organizational design.
