Manage the estimating team and processes to produce detailed cost estimates for construction projects. Develop standards, methodologies, and workflows; analyze plans and specifications to identify labor, materials, equipment, and services; use historical data and estimating tools; communicate with stakeholders; train staff and pursue process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Oversees daily multi-shift manufacturing operations including safety, sheet metal and rolling steel door production, maintenance, budgeting, staffing, Lean/5S implementation, continuous improvement, quality/inspection, and production metrics; collaborates with engineering and quality on process improvements and capital projects.

Develop and optimize manufacturing work cells using Lean methods (standard work, 5S, setup reduction). Lead kaizens, document procedures, quantify process improvements, train operators, support equipment proposals, and ensure safety and productivity metrics on the production floor.
