Prepares project drawings and bills of materials for standard and custom metal building products. Creates parts, maintains manufacturing software data, reviews drawings and bills of materials, interprets contracts and technical documents, and communicates with customers and erectors about building designs. May visit job sites for training on new parts and erection methods.

Manage erection services and coordinate internal resources, contractors, and sales to deliver multi-story steel building projects on time and on budget. Maintain schedules, cost controls, safety compliance, project records, and regular communication with customers and crews.

Lead enterprise-wide marketing strategy across brands and divisions, aligning brand, demand generation, digital, communications, and go-to-market. Advise business units, oversee integrated campaigns (SEO, email, social, web, events), manage marketing operations, KPIs, budgets, vendors, and marketing technology. Coach and grow the marketing team, apply market research, and drive lead quality and revenue growth. Travel up to 25%.
