Provide exceptional in-branch customer service by opening and maintaining accounts, processing transactions, handling cash, resolving customer inquiries, identifying fraud, and referring customers to appropriate bank services while supporting branch goals and regulatory compliance.

Lead and grow a payments operations team overseeing ACH, wires, cards, RTP, FedNow and emerging rails. Ensure timely processing, settlement, reconciliation, controls, compliance (NACHA, Reg E, AML/KYC). Drive operational improvements, product implementations, reporting, budgeting, and cross-functional partnerships to support payment modernization and reduce risk and friction.

Originate and negotiate equipment-based loans by building relationships with borrowers and intermediaries, supporting underwriting through funding, and assisting with portfolio management, collections, and customer service.

Analyze large structured datasets to identify trends and drivers, build reports and Power BI dashboards, extract and validate data from multiple systems (Snowflake, SQL), define KPIs with stakeholders, recommend actions to improve business performance, automate and improve processes, and support customer and product initiatives.

Originate equipment-based loans by developing relationships with borrowers and intermediaries, underwriting and negotiating loan structures, obtaining credit approval, and managing portfolios including collections and customer service.
