Provides administrative and clerical support across HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, benefits, training, onboarding, HRIS maintenance, and compliance. Supports application review, interview scheduling, background checks, employment references, I-9 compliance, orientations, job fairs, and office operations. The role also maintains records, assists employees and visitors, processes invoices, and coordinates supplies and communications in a luxury hospitality environment.

Supervises Harry Soffer Members Room and in-room dining/minibar operations, ensuring excellent guest service, policy compliance, staffing, financial performance, inventory control, cleanliness, and service standards. Oversees associates, tabletop presentation, opening and closing procedures, POS transactions, amenity deliveries, complaint resolution, recruiting, training, and coordination with kitchen and stewarding teams.

Assists Sales Managers with prospect interactions, appointment scheduling, property tours, proposals, contracts, correspondence, sales collateral, promotional materials, marketing projects, and revenue and sales reporting. Maintains professional client relationships, coordinates multiple deadlines, and supports hotel sales activities. Requires flexible scheduling, strong communication and organizational skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to perform office and occasional physical duties.

Provide guest-focused support by responding to requests, moving furniture and supplies, removing trash and soiled linens, maintaining supply closets and equipment, and performing room attendant, turndown, and linen-runner duties as needed while following safety and brand standards.

Perform general and preventative maintenance across hotel property including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and pool equipment. Complete repairs, follow safety and fire standards, maintain parts inventory and PM records, and assist engineering management. Must lift up to 50 lbs, work flexible schedules, and drive a company cart.

Prepares and plates made-to-order steaks, seafood, poultry, and other menu items on a wood-fired grill or broiler in a luxury steakhouse. Maintains food quality, safety, cleanliness, labeling, inventory levels, and production efficiency. Applies knife skills, meat and seafood cookery knowledge, temperature control, sanitation procedures, and garnish preparation. Works effectively under pressure, supports team operations, handles special requests, and maintains a professional, guest-focused demeanor in a high-heat kitchen environment.
