Provide guest-focused support by responding to requests, moving furniture and supplies, removing trash and soiled linens, maintaining supply closets and equipment, and performing room attendant, turndown, and linen-runner duties as needed while following safety and brand standards.

Perform general and preventative maintenance across hotel property including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and pool equipment. Complete repairs, follow safety and fire standards, maintain parts inventory and PM records, and assist engineering management. Must lift up to 50 lbs, work flexible schedules, and drive a company cart.

Manage daily member billing, post payments, reconcile accounts, monitor aging and collections, handle member inquiries and disputes, assist month-end close and credit reviews, maintain financial records, and support audits and process improvements while collaborating with club leadership and preserving confidentiality and high customer service standards.

Perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and routine hotel engineering tasks (electrical, plumbing, carpentry). Ensure safety systems operable, follow OH&S, record maintenance, manage inventory needs, and assist engineering management.

Lead national group sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Prospect and solicit new accounts, respond to RFPs, run sales trips and presentations, attend industry events, manage account execution and room blocks, maintain account files and databases, and negotiate group rates within budget.

Set up and maintain banquet and meeting rooms per banquet event orders and JW standards. Arrange and break down tables, chairs, linens, service equipment, and dance floors; clean and detail rooms; transport soiled linen; assist guests and banquet service team; maintain equipment; move packages; work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays; lift up to 50 pounds.
