Leads global IT infrastructure and workplace technology operations, including infrastructure strategy, end-user services, Google Workspace, networking, identity, cloud and hybrid environments. Oversees incident management, reliability, disaster recovery, security, compliance, vendors, budgets, infrastructure projects, office rollouts, and team development. Provides legal counsel on global regulatory licensing across Singapore, the United States, Hong Kong, and Australia, while supporting corporate, commercial, disputes, compliance, partnerships, and governance matters. Drafts policies, governance documents, memoranda, and contracts; manages external counsel and regulator relationships; advises Compliance, Partnerships, Sales, and Business teams; and independently coordinates cross-border workstreams across multiple time zones.

Own the development and launch of global payment rails spanning traditional banking methods and crypto/stablecoin solutions. Build wallet, blockchain settlement, and stablecoin integrations across networks including Ethereum, Polygon, and Solana. Partner with engineering, legal, compliance, sales, and operations teams to deliver payment experiences, APIs, and features. Ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions while analyzing payment, blockchain transaction, and user behavior data.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and optimize highly scalable backend systems and RESTful services. Conduct code and design reviews, translate business requirements into technical solutions, collaborate with product and cross-functional teams, manage delivery risks and dependencies, and improve performance, reliability, and code quality. The role requires ownership of high-volume distributed applications, capacity planning, release execution, data modeling, and continuous learning.

Build and maintain CI/CD tooling, deployment automation, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and reliability practices. Collaborate with product development to improve application performance, scalability, security, and availability. Manage AWS-based infrastructure, container platforms, configuration management, databases, and Linux systems. Troubleshoot live performance and stability issues, automate build and deployment dependencies, evaluate tools, and recommend solutions.

Build and maintain responsive Vue.js frontend features within a single-page application. Develop complex UI components, integrate Node.js and Go APIs, optimize performance, and contribute to AWS-based deployment. Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, participate in code reviews and CI/CD practices, collaborate cross-functionally, improve developer tooling, and mentor junior engineers while growing toward senior-level ownership.

Lead the architecture, delivery, security, reliability, and optimization of large-scale AWS cloud infrastructure. Mentor DevOps and platform engineers, drive AI-enabled automation, establish CI/CD and SRE practices, coordinate platform roadmaps across teams, and lead incident response and post-mortems. The role also owns infrastructure design, observability, capacity planning, performance tuning, cost optimization, compliance, deployment velocity, and developer experience improvements.

Design and deliver scalable, reliable, secure, and fault-tolerant distributed systems. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, conduct code and design reviews, and partner with product and cross-functional teams on feature delivery. Translate business requirements into extensible designs, manage dependencies and stakeholder communication, optimize performance and capacity, and maintain high-quality backend services handling high-volume traffic.

Lead the architecture and implementation of high-volume distributed payment systems spanning settlement, ledgers, treasury, fraud, AML, and stablecoin infrastructure. Establish engineering standards, solve scalability and reliability challenges, promote AI-assisted development, evaluate AI-driven product opportunities, collaborate across business and engineering teams, and mentor senior technical leaders.

Own security architecture and engineering across AWS and multi-cloud payment platforms. Lead IAM, Zero Trust, API and application security, threat modeling, CI/CD security automation, vulnerability management, detection engineering, secrets management, supply chain security, incident response, compliance controls, and security tooling. Partner with engineering, infrastructure, product, GRC, vendors, auditors, and executives while mentoring security engineers and building a security-by-design culture.

Lead end-to-end revenue operations across sales, partnerships, marketing, and customer success. Responsibilities include forecasting, pipeline management, executive reporting, CRM automation, territory and quota planning, capacity modeling, onboarding and training, product-launch enablement, and cross-functional GTM initiatives. The role supports global B2B growth across multiple regions and focuses on improving forecast accuracy, CRM quality, GTM productivity, and revenue growth.
