Owns end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries, including payroll processing, statutory compliance, reconciliations, accounting, controls, vendor management, employee queries, reporting, and process automation. The role requires strong India payroll expertise, familiarity with international jurisdictions, and the ability to standardize and scale payroll processes in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Senior Business Analyst responsible for financial and operational reporting, reconciliations, regulatory reporting, dashboards, data visualization, and ad hoc analysis. The role collaborates with Finance, Sales, Operations, Product, Tech, and payment partners to identify discrepancies, optimize processes, support product development, and deliver actionable business insights.

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, reliable backend systems and low-latency RESTful services. Conduct code and design reviews, translate business requirements into extensible architectures, and collaborate with product and cross-functional teams. Manage stakeholder communication, capacity planning, performance optimization, release execution, and technical risk. Build high-volume services using languages such as Golang, Python, Ruby, Java, or .NET Core while maintaining code quality and system stability.
