Drives revenue growth across an assigned California territory by acquiring and managing customer accounts, pursuing prospects, meeting sales quotas, maintaining client relationships, monitoring competitors, and coordinating with internal teams. The role is primarily home-office based and requires travel to meet clients, attend auctions, and visit prospects in the transportation and auction industry.

Develop and execute multi-year operations strategies, roadmaps, standardized operating models, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple auction locations. Assess processes, lead Lean and Six Sigma efforts, manage cross-functional projects, establish KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations to executive leadership. The role also supports workforce, technology, capacity, and operational planning, with 10–20% travel from the Fremont, Nebraska corporate office.
