Provide research, data analysis, and delivery support to embedded advisory teams across Rwandan government institutions. Duties include data collection and cleaning, basic quantitative and qualitative analysis, developing trackers and materials, drafting briefing notes and presentations, coordinating workshops and stakeholder engagements, and maintaining project monitoring tools to support senior advisors and government counterparts.

Embedded with Rwanda Development Board, the Advisor will strengthen hospitality service quality standards and inspection operations, develop a prioritized tourism product diversification pipeline, design investor assessment and facilitation frameworks, and build institutional coordination, tools, and capacity to convert high-quality tourism investments and improve regulatory credibility.

Entry-level, 12-month full-time role supporting TBI Rwanda project teams with quantitative and qualitative research, data collection and cleaning, basic analysis, material and report preparation, coordination of activities, meeting and workshop support, and monitoring of project indicators. Emphasis on learning agility, ownership, and coachability while receiving structured mentoring.

Provide 1st and 2nd line global IT support for end users, troubleshoot hardware/software, onboard staff, manage assets and procurement, maintain knowledge base, assist security/compliance, and support business applications across a distributed service desk.

Lead TBI's Applications function delivering availability, configuration and evolution of Salesforce, Workday and Microsoft 365/Azure platforms. Own platform roadmaps, Centre of Excellence, engineering practices (CI/CD, source control, IaC, test automation), AI platform operations, monitoring, scaling and on-call response. Partner with security, architecture and leadership on integrations, investment cases and vendor negotiations while managing and developing technical leads.
