Supports strategy, policy, and delivery projects advising political leaders and governments. Responsibilities include research, analysis, client engagement, presentations, project dashboards, performance tracking, opportunity development, project inception, and implementation support. The role requires strong problem-solving, project delivery, stakeholder management, communication, ownership, collaboration, and experience developing others, plus specialized expertise in areas such as geopolitics, economics, AI and technology, defense and security, or government transformation.

Lead complex strategy, policy, and delivery consulting projects for government and political leaders across the Middle East. Responsibilities include structuring problems, developing recommendations, managing workstreams and resources, building senior client relationships, leading and coaching project teams, creating executive communications, and supporting business development and regional expansion.

Lead TBI's Americas coverage, producing senior-facing geopolitical intelligence and client-ready analysis. Translate political, economic and security developments into implications for policy, markets and corporate strategy using quantitative and qualitative methods, data visualisation, forecasting and expert networks. Represent TBI externally, support product development, and engage in some travel.

Provide senior-facing geopolitical analysis on China and the wider Asia-Pacific, producing intelligence briefings, data-led insights, scenario and forecasting analysis, and client-ready deliverables. Advise public and private clients on political, economic, trade, technology and security risks; use quantitative and qualitative methods and collaborate across internal and external networks. Represent TBI in briefings and support product and business development.

Provide 1st and 2nd line global IT support for end users, troubleshoot hardware/software, onboard staff, manage assets and procurement, maintain knowledge base, assist security/compliance, and support business applications across a distributed service desk.
