The consultant will assess agricultural lending constraints, credit guarantees, warehouse receipt financing, collateral frameworks, and rural financial products. Responsibilities include designing reform options, benchmarking international practices, advising government and financial-sector stakeholders, facilitating consultations, preparing technical papers and implementation roadmaps, and supporting programme planning and reporting.

Leads the organisation’s design and creative direction across brand, publications, campaigns, events, digital, social, and video. Owns brand standards and governance, directs high-impact creative initiatives, develops concepts and narratives, and manages an in-house multidisciplinary design and video team. The role also oversees creative workflows, prioritisation, stakeholder relationships, and continuous improvement of creative effectiveness and consistency.

Manage and support Azure and Microsoft 365 infrastructure while delivering cybersecurity improvements. Responsibilities include SOC liaison work, security alert triage, vulnerability and patch management, Cyber Essentials certification, incident response, data protection controls, PowerShell automation, documentation, and backup and disaster recovery. The role supports Windows and macOS environments and collaborates with architecture, infrastructure, service desk, and global teams.

Short-term consultant providing expert advisory support for Rwanda’s industrial parks and special economic zones. Responsibilities include assessing SEZ landscapes, advising on clustering and investment pipelines, developing investor incentives, designing park governance and operating models, structuring financing frameworks, and benchmarking international practices. The role requires producing practical, decision-ready recommendations for government stakeholders within a three-month engagement, based in or relocatable to Kigali with possible site travel.
