Support government project delivery by developing policy, strategy and implementation work across topics (climate, health, energy, economy). Conduct analysis, engage clients for data, produce sections of presentations and reports, and work closely with TBI teams to advise senior government leadership and accelerate project delivery.

Provide 1st and 2nd line global IT support for end users, troubleshoot hardware/software, onboard staff, manage assets and procurement, maintain knowledge base, assist security/compliance, and support business applications across a distributed service desk.

Support the Americas advisory team with policy research, analysis, and written outputs. Assist scoping, project planning, coordination, and delivery tracking. Develop briefings, presentations and program management tools. Engage across global teams and support meetings, workshops and business development to help expand TBI's work in Latin America and the Caribbean.
