Provide research, data analysis, and delivery support to embedded advisory teams across Rwandan government institutions. Duties include data collection and cleaning, basic quantitative and qualitative analysis, developing trackers and materials, drafting briefing notes and presentations, coordinating workshops and stakeholder engagements, and maintaining project monitoring tools to support senior advisors and government counterparts.

Embedded with Rwanda Development Board, the Advisor will strengthen hospitality service quality standards and inspection operations, develop a prioritized tourism product diversification pipeline, design investor assessment and facilitation frameworks, and build institutional coordination, tools, and capacity to convert high-quality tourism investments and improve regulatory credibility.

Entry-level, 12-month full-time role supporting TBI Rwanda project teams with quantitative and qualitative research, data collection and cleaning, basic analysis, material and report preparation, coordination of activities, meeting and workshop support, and monitoring of project indicators. Emphasis on learning agility, ownership, and coachability while receiving structured mentoring.
