Support the Americas advisory team with policy research, analysis, and written outputs. Assist scoping, project planning, coordination, and delivery tracking. Develop briefings, presentations and program management tools. Engage across global teams and support meetings, workshops and business development to help expand TBI's work in Latin America and the Caribbean.

The Associate will support the Executive Office in enhancing operational effectiveness, engagement with stakeholders, and implementing key systems to improve governance and program management.

Lead and deliver strategic advisory projects for government clients in Guatemala. Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis, produce presentations and reports for senior leaders, engage stakeholders for data gathering, and support project delivery and country leadership. Manage multiple workstreams, mentor teams, and integrate with local counterparts to implement policy and operational improvements.
