Support Kazakhstan government economic growth and FDI workstreams by conducting research and data analysis, producing client-ready briefings and visuals, advising on policy and programs, and helping build local networks and operations for TBI's start-up office.

Provide logistical, operational and administrative support to TBI MENACA teams from the Dubai office. Manage office facilities and vendors, support IT onboarding, visas and permits, travel and finance requests, develop local security SOPs, coordinate leadership visits and crisis response, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and TBI policies.

Supports strategy, policy, and delivery projects advising political leaders and governments. Responsibilities include research, analysis, client engagement, presentations, project dashboards, performance tracking, opportunity development, project inception, and implementation support. The role requires strong problem-solving, project delivery, stakeholder management, communication, ownership, collaboration, and experience developing others, plus specialized expertise in areas such as geopolitics, economics, AI and technology, defense and security, or government transformation.
