Advises political leaders and governments, translates complex financial and technological developments into policy recommendations, publishes thought leadership, represents TBI at policy forums, engages governments and industry stakeholders, and mentors junior colleagues.

Short-term consultant supporting Rwanda’s tourism investment strategy. Responsibilities include mapping tourism products, identifying market gaps, prioritizing opportunities, developing investor-facing propositions, assessing investor proposals, creating facilitation tools and monitoring trackers, and transferring knowledge to government counterparts. The assignment requires strong tourism-market, commercial, investment-advisory, stakeholder-management, and framework-development expertise, with in-person work in Kigali and delivery of defined outputs over approximately four months.

Provides specialist advisory support on agricultural insurance policy and regulation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The consultant will assess micro-insurance, parametric insurance, and agricultural insurance frameworks; identify regulatory and market gaps; benchmark international practices; develop policy recommendations and technical guidance; and support stakeholder consultations, workshops, capacity building, and implementation planning with ARCA, MINAGRI, insurers, and government stakeholders.
