Own and evolve secure, highly available AWS cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, backup and disaster recovery, data architecture, observability, security guardrails, and workflow automation. Lead AI DevOps practices for AI-enabled systems, troubleshoot distributed systems, and partner with engineering, security, and compliance teams to improve reliability, scalability, security, and developer velocity.

Lead end-to-end enterprise customer implementations from kickoff through handoff, managing project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, communications, and technical integrations. Translate customer objectives into implementation strategies involving CSV, API, SDK, migration, validation, and filing readiness. Coordinate Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams; improve implementation processes; coach peers; and use AI to increase delivery efficiency. Requires English and Mandarin proficiency, technical fluency, and Singapore work authorization.

Leads and scales a BDR team responsible for outbound pipeline generation. Manages hiring, onboarding, coaching, training, performance, career development, and promotion paths into Account Executive roles. Partners with sales, marketing, partnerships, and RevOps to improve territory alignment, lead routing, outreach systems, forecasting, and pipeline quality. Builds repeatable workflows in HubSpot and Unify, uses AI to improve productivity, and analyzes performance data to refine messaging and prospecting strategies.

Build and scale Taxbit’s global customer marketing function through customer advocacy, storytelling, references, events, and sales-ready content. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Growth Marketing, and subject matter experts to activate customer champions, communicate business value, and strengthen market credibility. Use AI tools to scale content creation and personalization, while measuring regional program effectiveness against pipeline growth, deal velocity, and expansion.

Drive new-logo acquisition and close complex enterprise deals across crypto, fintech, payments, and marketplace companies. Build strategic pipelines, conduct regulatory and prospect research, manage multi-threaded sales cycles, present to executives, and collaborate with marketing, partnerships, product, and technical teams. The role requires expertise in regulated financial environments, enterprise sales, global tax reporting frameworks, and customer transitions to Customer Success.

Drive new-logo acquisition for Taxbit by prospecting, developing strategic account plans, and closing complex enterprise sales. Manage full-cycle deals involving tax, finance, product, compliance, and engineering stakeholders. Research regulatory and operational needs, deliver executive presentations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and transition new customers to Customer Success. Build expertise in global tax reporting frameworks, including 1099 reporting, DAC8, and CARF.

The SME Tax Manager will bridge tax regulations and commercial success, focusing on Go-To-Market strategies, client success, and product logic for tax reporting in digital assets.

Execute targeted outbound prospecting to generate pipeline for Taxbit's enterprise B2B SaaS platform. Research accounts, identify stakeholders, qualify and convert leads, schedule meetings, maintain HubSpot data, partner with Account Executives, and collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships while developing knowledge of the product and global tax reporting requirements.
