Supports outside sales teams through account onboarding, customer relationship maintenance, sales data analysis, quote tracking, administrative assistance, and cross-functional communication. Identifies sales trends and improvement opportunities while coordinating internal teams to streamline operations and resolve customer or sales issues.

Provides administrative and operational support for freight activities, including data entry, shipment assistance, bill of lading verification, document review, scanning, and tracking overages, shortages, and damaged freight. Communicates with the operations team and maintains accurate information in web-based systems.

Develops new business through prospecting, networking, market research, and lead follow-up. Builds long-term client relationships by understanding logistics needs and delivering tailored solutions. Uses Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage pipelines, analyze data, and generate reports. Collaborates with marketing, product development, sales, and customer service teams, while negotiating contracts and meeting revenue targets.
