Develop and manage the bank’s data privacy program under Saudi PDPL and NDMO requirements. Responsibilities include conducting PIAs, DPIAs, RoPA exercises, data-flow mapping, breach response, data-subject rights handling, privacy notices, vendor due diligence, cross-border transfer governance, risk management, privacy contract reviews, regulatory engagement, and reporting. The role advises business, legal, procurement, technology, and information security stakeholders while maintaining privacy standards, controls, metrics, and compliance processes.

Manage end-to-end data projects from initiation through completion, including planning, timelines, budgets, scope, resources, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, reporting, meetings, documentation, and deliverables. Coordinate technical, business, and external teams to ensure projects meet business and technical requirements.

Provides first-line technical support for hardware, software, applications, connectivity, incidents, and service requests. Logs, prioritizes, tracks, troubleshoots, documents, and follows up on tickets to meet SLA targets. Escalates complex issues and coordinates with internal teams and vendors. Maintains accurate incident records and reports while supporting users through effective communication and problem-solving.
