Supports group-wide banking cross-selling initiatives by coordinating business units, developing frameworks, monitoring referrals and revenue KPIs, managing implementation milestones, resolving operational gaps, preparing executive reporting, and embedding a sustainable cross-selling culture. Requires extensive banking experience across multiple business lines, strong project and program management, stakeholder influence, analytical and commercial capabilities, and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.

Designs and oversees enterprise integration architectures using IBM Cloud Pak for Integration across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Leads solution design, API management, messaging, event streaming, security, OpenShift deployment, CI/CD, governance, performance, disaster recovery, and technical delivery. Provides architectural standards, technical leadership, troubleshooting, stakeholder collaboration, and vendor management for large-scale integration programs.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript. Build RESTful APIs, manage relational and NoSQL databases, operate Docker containers, and support deployments in Linux environments. Apply secure coding practices, automate tasks with Bash or PowerShell, participate in code reviews and troubleshooting, optimize performance, and contribute to CI/CD and infrastructure automation. Preferred experience includes Kubernetes, NestJS, Terraform, frontend frameworks, and DevOps practices.
