Integrate HAM with CMDB, Discovery, Procurement, and ITSM modules; build workflows, scripts, integrations, reports, and dashboards; troubleshoot platform issues; support testing, upgrades, audits, compliance, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Designs and leads enterprise AI/ML solution architectures, including Generative AI, LLM, RAG, cloud, MLOps, and enterprise integration solutions. Defines technology strategies, evaluates platforms and models, establishes responsible AI and security practices, guides development teams, and ensures scalable, reliable, cost-effective production deployments. Collaborates with technical and business stakeholders throughout solution lifecycles.

Support end-to-end implementation of the Group Cross-Sell roadmap by coordinating milestones, deliverables, client nominations, targets, governance rules, KPIs, referrals, dashboards, and issue resolution. The role monitors performance, identifies gaps and dependencies, escalates risks, and coordinates stakeholders using analytical, project management, communication, Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint skills.
