Partner with hiring managers and leadership to anticipate talent needs, build hiring plans, source candidates, manage networks, deliver strong candidate experiences, and close hires. The role also involves creating recruiting systems and processes, balancing multiple openings, operating effectively in ambiguity, and helping establish the company’s recruiting foundation during rapid growth.

Lead Tavus’s go-to-market strategy, category creation, brand positioning, and product marketing for consumer, developer, and enterprise audiences. Own messaging for PALs, CVI APIs, and the Tavus Platform; translate complex AI research into compelling narratives; drive viral awareness and B2B pipeline; and build marketing teams across product marketing, content, and brand. The role partners closely with product, engineering, research, sales, and demand generation while reporting to the CEO.

Support customers throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle by architecting solutions, debugging APIs and integrations, troubleshooting production issues, creating developer resources, improving documentation, and enabling enterprise teams to scale platform usage. The role partners with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering while automating processes and improving the developer experience.

Own measurable growth across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion. Develop campaigns, optimize customer journeys, run experiments, improve landing-page and onboarding conversion, build lifecycle programs, and partner with Product and Sales on product-led growth and pipeline generation. Analyze funnels and performance metrics, define reporting, and scale repeatable growth processes using paid, organic, lifecycle, and personalized video campaigns.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll work with customers to debug integrations and enhance the Tavus platform by building SDKs and prototypes. You'll translate user feedback into product improvements and drive feature adoption.

Lead brand and product marketing efforts at Tavus by developing narratives, creating content, and managing distribution for frequent product launches in a fast-paced setting.

Own top-of-funnel outbound for AI-native prospects using multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, video), AI-powered prospecting workflows, and Tavus-powered outreach. Qualify inbound and product-led signals, prioritize accounts, represent the company at events, partner with AEs, maintain CRM data, and share field insights to improve messaging and product positioning.

Build and ship end-to-end features for a multimodal real-time Conversational Video Interface. Integrate state-of-the-art real-time models with research, optimize latency, and fix reliability issues. Collaborate across product and research to design architecture and deliver production-quality systems.

Lead Tavus's market-facing visual identity and contribute to product polish. Spend ~80% on brand (web, cinematic marketing, campaigns) and 20% embedded in product to improve onboarding, empty states, and design system. Ensure cohesive user journeys from first impression through lifecycle while driving growth and conversion through high-quality design and storytelling.

Own and evolve Tavus's design system: define tokens, components, theming, governance, and documentation. Partner with engineering to ensure faithful implementation, bring meticulous visual and motion craft to components, drive adoption across products, and eventually own a product area to apply systems-level design in shipping product.

Rapidly prototype and ship AI-powered growth experiments and automation using no-code tools and code. Build product-led demos on the Tavus platform, integrate APIs/LLMs, automate marketing operations and reporting, and collaborate with design, product, and data to scale successful experiments.

Own full enterprise sales cycle: source and qualify leads, build pipeline via outbounding, negotiate and close complex six- to seven-figure deals, manage executive relationships, develop account strategies, collaborate cross-functionally, and shape the companys GTM motion while representing Tavus at industry events.

Define and run company-wide product strategy for Tavus's AI products. Own end-to-end customer journeys from sign-up to production, operate in ambiguity, move fast, collaborate closely with engineering, and deliver measurable customer outcomes.

As a Senior Software Engineer in Infrastructure, you'll manage GPU and cloud infrastructure, ensuring stability and enhancing developer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Conduct research on Large Multimodal Models for Conversational Avatars, developing real-time modeling methods for verbal and non-verbal conversations, and partnering with Applied ML to transition prototypes into production.
