Manage daily office operations, vendors, facilities coordination, events, executive support, onboarding and offboarding, employee records, benefits and payroll inputs, people programs, process documentation, and basic compliance activities. The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, and familiarity with workplace, HR, and payroll tools in an onsite startup environment.

Own and grow a named enterprise territory by prospecting, running structured pilots, and closing multi-year agreements with large plaintiff law firms. Sell business outcomes to firm owners and executives, manage pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot, attend conferences and client meetings, and partner with Customer Success on account expansion. The role requires enterprise quota-carrying experience, complex deal management, strong pipeline generation, pilot execution, and regular travel.

Manage a portfolio of complex Growth and select Enterprise B2B SaaS accounts, owning retention and expansion for a $1M+ ARR book. Lead executive business reviews and renewal negotiations, build cross-functional relationships, develop team playbooks, mentor CSMs, partner with RevOps and Finance on contract and pricing, and advocate customer needs in product roadmap discussions.
