Lead executive business reviews and renewal negotiations, build cross-functional relationships, develop team playbooks, mentor CSMs, partner with RevOps and Finance on contract and pricing, and advocate customer needs in product roadmap discussions.

Manage a named book of Growth-tier B2B accounts from onboarding through renewal. Drive adoption of Tavrn tools, run business reviews, monitor account health, prevent churn, source expansion opportunities, coordinate escalations with Support/Tech Ops, maintain pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot, and provide customer feedback to Product and Marketing.
