Owns strategic growth initiatives for industrial rental tools and OEM parts across a greenfield territory. Responsibilities include client acquisition, territory development, rental fleet utilization, inventory deployment, pipeline management, forecasting, account expansion, pricing input, and coordination with operations, logistics, repair, machining, and OEM partners. The role targets petrochemical, refining, power generation, mining, and related industrial sectors, requiring regional travel and relationship-building with both executive and field-level clients.

Performs advanced electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, repair, commissioning, and preventive maintenance in heavy industrial facilities. Works with distribution equipment, motors, controls, transformers, switchgear, VFDs, conduit, cable, grounding, and related systems. Interprets drawings and specifications, performs diagnostics and inspections, ensures code and safety compliance, supports energization and project turnover, documents work, and provides technical guidance to craft personnel. Work involves active industrial sites, physical demands, variable schedules, and possible travel or temporary assignments.

Plans jobs, conducts onsite walkdowns, develops and maintains schedules using Microsoft Project, levels resources, communicates project status, and prioritizes work. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong communication and presentation skills, business acumen, confidentiality, and ethical conduct. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of planning experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
