Leads daily site and field operations for industrial specialty maintenance services, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality, and profitable delivery. Oversees staffing, training, resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, customer relationships, compliance, rapid-response mobilizations, and performance improvement. Manages multidisciplinary field teams and supports revenue growth while maintaining safety, quality, and operational accountability across the assigned territory.

Leads regional project controls and operational support across industrial construction and maintenance projects. Oversees WIP tracking, progress measurement, cost controls, documentation, billing readiness, change orders, project closeout, dashboards, and corrective actions. Coordinates Project Controls resources, coaches Project Managers and Superintendents, standardizes project processes, and partners with Finance, Billing, Purchasing, and Operations to resolve execution and documentation issues.

Designs and lays out piping systems for petrochemical and refinery projects using 2D and 3D tools. Prepares construction documents, isometrics, P&IDs, plans, material takeoffs, tie-in lists, and field sketches. Reviews vendor and construction drawings, supports installation, interprets codes and standards, and coordinates with engineers and other disciplines. Leads piping design teams, assigns work, monitors progress, supports estimates, and ensures technical quality, safety, compliance, and delivery schedules.
