Lead and transform Support and Solutions Engineering into a proactive, scalable customer-focused organization. Own operations, SLAs, escalations, onboarding, technical pre-sales, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration while participating in critical incidents and process improvements.

Provide end-to-end technical support and solution engineering for customers using Tatum’s blockchain platform. Troubleshoot integrations using logs, monitoring, and APIs; propose practical fixes and improvements; collaborate with Engineering and Infrastructure on incidents; prevent recurring problems through automation and documentation; participate in on-call rotation and proactively engage customers to improve integrations and product experience.

Operate and manage Tatum Gateway and its blockchain provider ecosystem: onboard chains and providers, test and verify integrations, monitor reliability and costs, define routing and failover, coordinate provider negotiations and migrations, maintain Postman collections and technical documentation, and drive incident response and operational improvements across product, engineering, and support teams.

Lead and support a hands-on engineering team across infrastructure, blockchain operations, platform, and quality. Own reliability, observability, on-call, incident response, CI/CD, and cost decisions. Drive planning, prioritization, cross-team collaboration, technical standards, release quality, and vendor assessments while working closely on production debugging and platform improvements.

Design, build, and maintain scalable TypeScript backend services and APIs using NestJS and MongoDB. Collaborate with frontend and product teams, integrate third-party services, implement automated tests, participate in code reviews, and prioritize code quality and maintainability.

Responsible for full-cycle accounting across three entities: reconciliations, GL maintenance, month-end closes (IS/BS/CF), tax computations (VAT, income tax), bank payments, audits, and financial reporting. Hybrid maternity-replacement role requiring process improvement and automation focus.
