Provides engineering support across aerospace manufacturing, MRO, OEM, and repair operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, work instruction and BOM updates, design-for-manufacturing reviews, testing, process improvement, change management, specification compliance, and cost reduction. Collaborates with operations, quality teams, customers, vendors, and suppliers while managing multiple engineering projects.

Designs, develops, tests, and supports complex aerospace mechanical components and assemblies from concept through production. Responsibilities include CAD modeling, simulations, design validation, technical documentation, FAA compliance, change management, BOM and work-instruction updates, manufacturing support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with customers, suppliers, quality, and production teams.

Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, payroll tax compliance, reconciliations, audits, and employee inquiries. Administer equity compensation programs, capitalization tables, grants, vesting, and stock-based compensation reporting. Maintain corporate general ledgers, journal entries, intercompany transactions, financial statements, month-end close, budgeting support, and audit documentation. Strengthen internal controls, ensure GAAP compliance, and improve accounting and reporting processes.
