Lead engineering change processes and cross-functional collaboration to resolve complex technical issues.

Perform CNC and manual machining (Haas, Bridgeport, Okuma), grinding, shot peening, precision measuring, preventive maintenance, and FAA/OEM inspection and repair tasks. Learn specialized grinders and lean/Six Sigma methods; follow safety and quality procedures.

Lead site data intelligence and AI adoption by building clean data foundations, deploying AI/automation, developing BI dashboards and forecasts, and driving SIOP planning. Partner with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Production to translate analytics into operational improvements and train stakeholders.

Team wiring technician position requiring experience wiring electrical cabinets and cabling, ability to read electrical schematics, IPC610 training preferred. Full-time role with transportation, meals, company vacation and other benefits at an aerospace MRO employer.
