Requires strong facilitation, presentation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Leads business development and complex B2B sales with local and international defense and aerospace customers. Responsibilities include managing strategic accounts, identifying opportunities, leading tenders and proposal processes, coordinating with engineering, operations, finance, and production, translating customer needs into technical-business solutions, and representing the company at international conferences and exhibitions.

Provides technical support for aerospace component overhauls, develops repair schemes and processes for customer and FAA-DER approval, creates CAD data, coordinates prototypes and vendors, incorporates repairs into shop procedures, and maintains travelers, process flow charts, and reports. The role also collaborates with machine shop, quality, and purchasing teams on new component orders.
